Black Canyon COLORADO River
The Black Canyon section of the Colorado River starts just below the Hoover Dam. We paddle 45 miles over the span of 5 days, exploring slot canyons and basking in natural hot springs. With intentional conversations aimed at deepening our relationships with ourselves and each other, this retreat is geared towards individuals and families who wish to "unplug and dive inward".
“The experience on the Colorado River was one that will live with me for the rest of my life. The paddling, the hiking, the hot springs, the laughter, oh the laughter! The meals were far better than I anticipated and I felt catered to at every moment and with each emotion that arose. While the time in nature did most of the soul work that I needed, the topics, questions, exercises and ceremonies facilitated by Kelly and Hilary will feed me for years to come. I am, we are, already planning for our alumni trip and I have decided that it is mandatory for my health and well-being to do this, or something like it, every year.”

"Thank you for facilitating the trip. It was very rejuvenating in many ways - being unplugged from work, news, kids, etc...I cannot recall a time since kids when I have been so out of touch and yet things were so relaxed.
It was also great to see that there are many other people with similar challenges and to know that we are not alone. Plus the laughter with everyone was an elixir that I will remember for a long time". - Rich, 2020 participant
